<p>გთხოვთ შეავსოთ ზედმიწევნით ექიმის მითითების შესაბამისად და თან იქონიოთ გამოკვლევის ჩატარებისას. ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N შუშხუნა ტაბლეტები უნდა გამოიყენოთ ზუსტად გამოყენების ინსტრუქციის მიხედვით ან ექიმის დანიშნულების შესაბამისად. გთხოვთ მიაქციოთ ყურადღება, რომ pH- დონის – გაზომვა BlemaStrip- ინდიკატორის ქაღალდით უნდა მოხდეს როგორც წესი მედიკამენტის ყოველი ხელახალი მიღების წინ.</p>

<p>ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N წარმოადგენს მედიკამენტს, რომელიც გამოიყენება შარდის გატუტოვნებისათვის შარდმჟავას ქვის (მეტაფილაქსი და დაშლა) და მეტაპილაქსისას კალციუმის ქვის დროს.</p>
<p>სასურველი მკურნალობის შედეგის მისაღწევად, გთხოვთ ზუსტად დაიცვათ ექიმის მიერ მოცემული მითითებები მისი მიღების შესახებ.</p>
<p>გთხოვთ წაიკითხოთ შემდეგი მითითებები ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N – თერაპიის მაქსიმალურად ეფექტურად ჩატარებისათვის. ჩვეულებრივ შარდის – pH- დონის კონტროლის შემდეგ მიიღება ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N ტაბლეტები გახსნილი ერთ ჭიქა წყალში დღეში სამჯერ (დილით, შუადღეს, საღამოს).</p>
<p>ამგვარად თქვენ შეძლებთ ოპტიმალური შარდის- pH- დონის მიღწევას.</p>
<p>მნიშვნელოვანია, რომ თქვენ <strong>ყოველდღე მიიღოთ საკმარისი რაოდენობის სითხე (დაახლ. 2 - 3 ლ) და შეზღუდოთ პურინის შემცველი საკვების </strong>(მაგ., ხორცი და ძეხვეული) მიღება.</p>
<p>გთხოვთ აწარმოოთ საკონტროლო კალენდარი თარიღის, მიღების დროის, დოზირების (ტაბლეტების რაოდენობა) და შარდის- pH-დონის ზუსტი მითითებით.</p>

<li>ექიმის მიერ რეკომენდებული ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N-დოზირება (ტაბლეტების რაოდენობა) უნდა მიიღოთ ერთ ჭიქა წყალში გაზავებულ მდგომარეობაში</li>
</ol>
<p>გაზავებისათვის ოდნავ მოურიეთ. ოდნავი ამღვრევა, რომელიც შესაძლოა აღინიშნოს ზედაპირზე, პროდუქტისთვის დამახასიათებელია და არ არის ხარისხის ნაკლოვანების მაჩვენებელი.</p>

<li>დოზირების გაზრდის ფაზაში თერაპიის დაწყებისას და დღეში 3-ჯერ დოზირებაზე გადასვლისას ბლემარენი<sup>®</sup> N-ის ხელახალი მიღების წინ გთხოვთ გაიზომოთ შარდის-pH-დონე თან დართული BlemaStrip-ინდიკატორის ქაღალდით. კარგად რეგულირებული დოზირების შემთხვევაში საკმარისია როგორც წესი 1x დღეში შარდის – pH- დონის გაზომვა დილით ან საღამოს.</li>
<li>ქაღალდის ზოლის ინდიკატორის ზოლი ოდნავ ჩაუშვით შარდში, შეცვლილი ან ცვალებადი ფერი 2 წუთის განმავლობაში შეადარეთ ფერის სკალას და ამოიკითხეთ pH- დონე.</li>
<li>გაზომილი შარდის- pH- დონე გთხოვთ მონიშნეთ ჯვარით საკონტროლო კალენდარზე.</li>
<li>თუ გაზომვისას pH-დონე 2 მიყოლებულ დღეებში <strong>არ აღინიშნება </strong>ოპტიმალურ არეალში <strong>6,2 – 6,8 </strong>(შარდმჟავას ქვები) ან <strong>6,8 – 7,4 </strong>(კალციუმის ქვები), მაშინ ტაბლეტების რაოდენობა უნდა გაზარდოთ ან უნდა შემცირდეს.</li>
